Job Description: Professional family in Lincoln Park is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented housekeeper. The family is looking for someone long-term and willing to assist in other capacities when needed. Start Fall 2024.
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours a week. 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Compensation: $55,000 annually + vacation, PTO, and sick days.

Job Details and Requirements:
- Housekeeper must have extensive verifiable experience deep cleaning high end homes.
- Family travels frequently. During this time, the housekeeper will be responsible for deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance/cleaning.
- Housekeeper will be responsible for laundry and should be knowledgeable regarding a variety of fabric types and stain removal. Will be responsible for laundering and ironing linens.
- Bring in mail and packages.
- Keep cleaning and household supply lists of products; notify when inventory is running low.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable running errands (ex: grocery shopping) when asked. Is able to schedule and meet with service providers for household repairs and maintenance
- The ideal candidate is proactive and willing to take initiative with minimal supervision.
- A safe driving record is needed. Housekeeper may be asked to run errands and should be a confident driver.
- Housekeeper must be trustworthy, honest, and aware of family privacy.
- Detail oriented and responsive to feedback.
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend.
- Good with communication and is receptive to feedback.
